Personal Antenatal Session
Here at Nature's Mothers,
we also offer a personal antental breastfeeding session.
This is ideal preparation for breastfeeding before your baby arrives, ensuring that you have the best start possible!
This can be held in the comfort of your own home, at a time which is convenient for you. Your partner is obviously more than welcome to participate!
We can informally chat and cover all the aspects of breastfeeding covered in our group workshop, including:
* How to position and attach your baby to your
breast (includes a DVD viewing)
* What to expect in the early days and weeks
* How to express and store your milk
* Feelings about breastfeeding and helpful hints
and tips for breastfeeding on the move!
